PUBLICACIÓN ORDEN IET/2459/2013, DE 26 DE DICIEMBRE, POR LA QUE SE APRUEBAN LAS CUOTAS DE LA CORPORACIÓN DE RESERVAS ESTRATEGIAS DE PRODUCTOS PETROLÍFEROS CORRESPONDIENTES AL EJERCICIO 2014
Se publicó en el BOE núm. 313, la “ Orden IET/2459/2013, de 26 de Diciembre, por la que se aprueban las cuotas de la Corporación de Reservas Estratégicas de Productos Petrolíferos correspondientes al ejercicio 2014” quedando establecidas en las siguientes:
1. LOS SUJETOS OBLIGADOS A MANTENER EXISTENCIAS MÍNIMAS DE SEGURIDAD DE PRODUCTOS PETROLÍFEROS abonarán a CORES:
| Gasolinas auto y aviación | 0,2013 euros por m3 vendido o consumido, y por día de existencias mantenido por CORES por cuenta del sujeto obligado |
| Gasóleos de automoción, otros gasóleos, querosenos de aviación y otros querosenos | 0,0996 euros por m3 vendido o consumido, y por día de existencias mantenido por CORES por cuenta del sujeto obligado |
| Fuelóleos | 0,0993 euros por Tm vendido o consumido, y por día de existencias mantenido por la CORES por cuenta del sujeto obligado |
2. LOS SUJETOS OBLIGADOS A MANTENER EXISTENCIAS MÍNIMAS DE SEGURIDAD DE PRODUCTOS PETROLÍFEROS abonarán a CORES:
| Gases Licuados del Petróleo | 0,08 euros por Tm vendida o consumida |
| Gas Natural | 3,60 euros por gigawatio hora de venta o consumos firmes |
3. LOS SUJETOS OBLIGADOS A MANTENER EXISTENCIAS MÍNIMAS DE SEGURIDAD DE PRODUCTOS PETROLÍFEROS abonarán a CORES:
| Gases licuados del Petróleo | 0,3739 euros por Tm vendida o consumida y por día de existencias mantenido por CORES por cuenta del sujeto obligado |
| Para los sujetos mencionados en los apartados 1 y 3 la primera declaración y pago de las cuotas aprobadas en esta orden será la que proceda realizar antes del 20 de enero de 2014, esto es, la correspondiente a las ventas o consumos efectuados EN EL MES DE DICIEMBRE DE 2013. |
| Para los sujetos mencionados en el apartado 2 la primera declaración resumen anual y pago de las cuotas aprobadas en esta orden corresponderá a las ventas o consumos efectuados DURANTE EL AÑO 2014. |
En esta Orden producirá efectos desde el día siguiente a su publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado y hasta que se publiquen las cuotas correspondientes al año 2015, sin prejuicio de los ajustes que fuese necesario practicar en las declaraciones y pago de las cuotas.

PUBLICATION OF THE ORDER IET/2459/2013, ON THE 26TH OF DECEMBER, BY WHICH THE QUOTAS OF THE CORPORATION OF STRATEGIC RESERVES FOR THE YEAR 2014 ARE APPROVED.
On the 31st of December it was published in the BOE num. 313, the Order IET/2459/2013, of the 26th of December, by which the quotas of the corporation of strategic reserves for the year 2014 are approved being established as follows:
1. THE ENTITIES BOUND TO MAINTAIN THE MINIMUM SAFETY STOCKS OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS will pay to CORES:
| Auto and aviation gasoline | 0,1013 euros per m3 sold or consumed, and per day of the stock maintained by CORES on behalf of the bound entity. |
| Diesel fuels, other fuel oils, aviation kerosene and other kerosene. | 0,0996 euros per m3 sold or consumed, and per day of the stock maintained by CORES on behalf of the bound entity. |
| Fuel oils | 0,0993 euros per Mt sold or consumed, and per day of the stock maintained by CORES on behalf of the bound entity. |
2. THE ENTITIES BOUND TO MAINTAIN THE MINIMUM SAFETY STOCKS OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS will pay to CORES:
| Liquid Petroleum Gases | 0,08 euros per Mt sold or consumed |
| Natural Gas | 3,60 euros per gigawatt, time of sale or final consumption.

3. THE ENTITIES BOUND TO MAINTAIN THE MINIMUM SAFETY STOCKS OF LIQUID PETROLEUM GASES which do not reach 0,5% of the total volume sold or consumed in the national territory and which have requested to CORES the maintenance of 100% of their obligation, will pay to CORES:
| Liquid Petroleum Gases | 0,3739 euros per Mt sold or consumed, and per day of the stock maintained by CORES on behalf of the bound entity. |
| For the entities mentioned in the sections 1 and 3 the first statement and the payment of approved quotas of this order must take place before the 20th of January 2014, which is the one that corresponds to the sales and consumptions IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2013. |
| For the entities mentioned in the section 2 the first annual summary statement and the payment of approved quotas in this order will correspond to the sale and consumptions performed DURING THE YEAR 2014. |
This order enters in force the next day after its publication in the el Boletín Oficial del Estado and has effect until the publication of the quotas corresponding to the year 2015, without prejudice to the adjustments that may be necessary in the statements and payment of quotas.
